Oh, Sober Night

Sober one, on a night out.
Oh, how it opens; your eyes!
To the drunk,
That stumbles falling about.

People start merry, faces;
Beginning to flush.
Then the staggering starts,
It’s like a strange tribal dance.

Drunken bump after another,
To be honest; is causing me
Slight mental bother.
So much so I question:
“What’s a sober drunk doing?
Partying in a drunken town?”
